Neiman Marcus Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the first four ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9x13 inch greased pan.
Beat the last four ingredients until creamy. Pour on top of the first layer.
Put tin foil strips (1 inch) along all four sides.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the tin foil and bake another 20 minutes or until it doesn't really quiver when you jiggle the pan.
