Maple Salmon
 
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 2 tblsp soy sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic, plus 1/4 tsp garlic powder (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder if I'm feeling lazy)
  • pepper
  • 1 lb salmon
  • In a shallow baking dish, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
  • After coating salmon in the marinade, place salmon skin side up, cover, and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
