Bok Choy Salad
 
  • 1/6 to 1/4 c butter
  • 1 tblsp sugar
  • 1 tblsp sesame seeds
  • 1 pkg Ramen noodles, broken
  • 1/2 pkg slivered almonds
  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Add next four ingredients. Cook over medium heat until light brown. Set aside at room temperature.
