Lasagne Jane
 
  • 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 Polish sausage
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb canned crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2+ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tblsp dried parsley
  • 1+ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • cottage cheese
  • 8 oz mozarella cheese
  • 9 cooked lasagna noodles
  • Brown the meats.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients, add the browned hamburger and sausage, and let simmer for a while.
  • Put a little sauce in the bottom.
  • Build 3 layers of noodles, then cottage cheese, then sauce.
  • Top with mozarella.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
