Roasted Veggies
 
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Sait
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Ibs. mixed frozen vegetables
  • Combine oil, garlic salt, basil, onion powder and toss with frozen vegetables. A good combination is broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and squash.
  • Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
