Frozen Bread Dough Rolls
 
  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 c butter
  • l large package vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 T milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (more if desired)
  • Place frozen dough in greased 9x13 in pan and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, slice one loaf and place in the bottom of the pan. Melt butter in a saucepan, remove from heat and mix in the pudding, brown sugar, milk and cinnamon. Pour over the layer of dough. Cut the remaining loaf into four quarters lengthwise and then slice to make chunks. Fill in spaces between the slices. Let it rise, then bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make sure center is not doughy. Turn over onto cookie sheet.
